Temperature Monitor

There is temperature sensor inside the direct type spindle, the temperature will be displayed in monitor, operator can check the temperature(thermal elongation) of spindle.After the machine is warmed up at the working speed, confirm the spindle temperature (thermal elongation) is in a stable state. With automatic tool measurement, the tool length are close to the actual machining can be obtained, which greatly improves the machining accuracy.

Direct type spindle with oil-air lubrication, can take away the heat from spindle, reduce thermal elongation. Full-time lubrication to ensure the statue of bearings, can work in high speed for long time. The best machining accuracy can be achieved with the spindle temperature monitor.
