01Machine Structure
- The reinforced triangular saddle design of the headstock, reduces the distance between the headstock and the column, reduces the problem of overhang of the headstock, and improves the rigidity and accuracy of the Z-axis.
- Appropriate saddle height design provides a reasonable tool change stroke, enhances the stability of the machine during processing.
- The spindle connecting seat is equipped with a second cooling cycle, which can reduce the elongation of the spindle and effectively control the deformation of the headstock due to long-term machining.

- Built-in spindle with oil-air lubrication, offer rigid tapping ability, retains stability during high speed and prolong.
- Powerful spindle motor driven by servo system with close loop control can feedback any cutting condition to spindle motor, achieving to low speed-high torque and high speed-few vibration.
- Oil-air lubrication connects with control system closely, and supplies different lubrication depending on different speed.
